It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of infringement as described below.
Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on Pymblog.com infringes your copyrights, you may file a DMCA takedown notice by providing the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list of such works must be included.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page on Pymblog.com).
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, to allow us to contact you regarding the complaint.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes false claims in a takedown notice may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include the following details:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Pymblog may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once a valid counter-notification is received, we will provide the original complainant with a copy and inform them that we may restore the removed content after 10 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action against you.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Pymblog.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
